The Perfect Fitness Multi-Gym is a portable gym system that comes in four different styles: Multi-Gym Pro, Elite, Sport, and Original. These versatile gym systems can be used as doorway pull-up bars, as well as for sit-ups, pushups, and dips, targeting the arms, chest, core, and back muscles for maximum muscle engagement.

The Multi-Gym Pro, Elite, and Original feature padded handles with three grip positions for normal, close, and hammer grip pull-ups. With a weight capacity of 300 pounds, they are safe to use with a weight vest. The Multi-Gym Sport is the most compact and portable option, ideal for smaller spaces and easy storage.

When placed on the floor, all the Perfect Fitness Multi-Gyms can be used for sit-ups, pushups, and dips, with padded handles providing comfort and ensuring proper form.
